ABOUT THE COMPANY

My Company is home-office based and I am available all year round. I offer affordable prices, flexible hours, and email, mail-in or drop-off services for my on-the-go clients.
 Much of my work with returning clients is done by mail and e-mail, but new clients and returning clients who need or wish an appointment receive a personal interview. I meet my clients at my home office in Castro Valley during the year, at Regus office in Pleasanton during the tax season (February-April), and at any other location convenient for my clients.

TAX PREPARATION/CONSULTING/REPRESENTATION

I will prepare all of your tax returns to assure that you are paying no more tax than is necessary. I assist my clients in different aspects of taxation including: Individuals, Sole-Proprietors, Partnerships, LLC, and Corporations. I am authorized IRS e-file provider.
 Throughout the year I will monitor tax law revisions and discuss with you those changes that affect you. I will recommend tax-saving strategies and serve as your advocate in tax matters

ACCOUNTING/BOOKKEEPING

If you’re in business and need bookkeeping and accounting services I am ready to help you so that the red tape in your life is minimized. I can prepare or assist you in preparing periodic financial reports, journals, general ledgers, bank reconciliations, etc.
